The full training cycle includes 108 teaching hours organized in stationary form and online.
A veterinarian, a veterinary technician, a veterinary student and a zoophysiotherapist can participate in the small animal (dog, cat) acupuncture course.
Acupuncture based on facts and research – Evidence-Based Acupuncture
Most hours of the curriculum are practical classes.
The classes are conducted by a graduate of the Academy of Traditional Medical Sciences in Beijing, a member of the Polish Traditional Chinese Medicine Association: http://www.pttmc.org/gabinety-tmc/
Consultative support in the practice of veterinary acupuncture after the training – during and after the training, you can always exchange experiences and ask any questions.

MODULE 1. THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF TCVM
(27 hours online) and INDIVIDUAL mentoring
- Acupuncture: scientific foundations, indications, and contraindications.
- Introduction to theoretical foundations: Yin/Yang, the Five Elements, and the concept of Qi.
- Principles of treatment and prevention in TCVM.
- Physiology and pathology of the Triple Burner (Triple Heater).
- Pathological patterns of the Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal elements.
- Meridian system and the most important acupuncture points.
- TCVM diagnostic systems.
- How to integrate acupuncture into your practice.
- Meridian system and types of acupuncture points.
- Detailed pathological patterns.
MODULE 2. ACUPUNCTURE POINTS
In-person classes in Warsaw
- Needle insertion and manipulation techniques. Health and safety procedures.
- Practical training in acupuncture point location (seminar and hands-on practice) – 20 hours
MODULE 3. PAIN MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL MEDICINE CONDITIONS
41 hours online and INDIVIDUAL mentoring
- Acupuncture in the treatment of dental conditions.
- Acupuncture for pain management.
- Acupuncture in orthopedic conditions.
- Acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
- Acupuncture in the treatment of urinary system disorders.
- Acupuncture in respiratory diseases.
- Acupuncture in dermatological conditions.
- Acupuncture in the treatment of neurological disorders.
- Acupuncture in liver diseases.
- Acupuncture in endocrine disorders.
- Acupuncture in eye diseases.
- Acupuncture in the treatment of behavioral disorders.

MODULE 4. PRACTICAL TRAINING
In-person classes in Warsaw – 20 hours
- Acupuncture practice.
- Theoretical and practical examination.
Certificates
- The educational program concludes with an examination and the awarding of a course completion certificate.
- Requirements: 100% attendance and passing both the theoretical and practical examinations.
